Job Description:

Finance Lead plays a vital role in the Finance team, contributing to operational excellence and strategic delivery. This role supports key financial processes and ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across systems and reporting. Working closely with stakeholders, the role involves managing workflows, supporting system improvements, and delivering insights that drive business decisions. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Qualified Finance Professional (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Commercial and business acumen
  • Good knowledge and understanding of, and application of financial reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP analysis and reporting applications)
  • Financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting, including variance and cost analysis
