We need processes that are robust and agile, insights that are timely and actionable, and systems that can support the next stage of our journey. That is why we are looking for a Finance Lead. We need someone who enjoys building and improving processes, is not afraid to challenge the status quo, and is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done. You will play a central role in ensuring our numbers are reliable, our insights are sharp, and our financial backbone is ready for growth. The aim of the role is for it to develop into a finance team lead position as the company continues to grow.

Job Responsibility

  • Streamline, automate and lead core finance processes such as AR/AP and Bank Reconciliations
  • Manage bonus calculations and optimize payout tracking
  • Ensure all key finance processes are clearly documented
  • Lead budget planning and forecasting across teams
  • Own SaaS metrics reporting (ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn etc)
  • Lead further development of newly established BI platform
  • Turn financial data into actionable insights
  • Support decisions with analysis on Customer segmentation, Pricing strategies, Market and product clusters and other key drivers
  • Work closely with department leads to support on budgeting, business cases, ad-hoc financial analysis and ongoing financial guidance and support
  • Prepare data and presentations for external stakeholders (investors and lenders)

Requirements

  • Strong experience in finance operations (AR/AP, reconciliations, reporting)
  • Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn)
  • Analytical mindset and confidence with large datasets, BI tools, and dashboards
  • Ability to challenge the status quo, spot improvements, and drive change
  • Willingness to get hands-on and dive into details
  • Clear communicator and strong partner to both commercial and technical teams
