We are seeking an entrepreneurial Finance Lead for a growing, boutique fiduciary and consultancy firm in the Berner Oberland. This role offers the unique agility of a lean Swiss enterprise backed by the stability and international reach of a global industrial group. This is a strategic 'Succession Hire' intended for a professional ready to transition into General Management in the medium term.

Job Responsibility:

  • Independently manage financial accounting, including year-end closings, tax declarations, and VAT for a diverse SME portfolio
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting cycles for the firm, ensuring alignment with international group standards
  • Actively drive growth through the acquisition of new fiduciary mandates and the expansion of the service portfolio
  • Lead the evolution of the internal IT and application landscape to ensure cutting-edge service delivery
  • Act as a high-level consultant and sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders at a global level
  • Gradually assume expanded management responsibilities as part of the planned leadership transition

Requirements:

  • Federally recognized degree or higher diploma in Fiduciary Services or Finance/Accounting
  • Several years of experience in the independent management of SME mandates within a Swiss fiduciary context
  • Highly proficient in Swiss GAAP FER and local tax laws
  • Native/bilingual German speaker with ability to handle financial reporting and group communication in English
  • Service-oriented, communicative personality with strong desire to take on entrepreneurial responsibility and strategic design
