Job Description

Aptiv’s Finance Leadership Development Internship is a program aimed providing interns with a fantastic opportunity to progress their careers and obtain a place in Aptiv’s Graduate Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). The FLDP is led by Aptiv’s senior finance executive team and is aimed at developing Aptiv’s finance leaders of tomorrow.

Requirements

  • Students majoring in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and decision making skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Leadership capability – campus or other organization leadership experience ideal
  • Ambitious candidates interested in leadership career path
