In this role, you will work alongside expert professionals in the finance and accounting field, contributing to the efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions for Baxter's global operations.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the preparation, recording, and analysis of journal entries, financial statements, and other accounting-related documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Participate in the month-end close process, including account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
Assist in the preparation of financial analyses, budgets, and forecasts
Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and controls
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Stay current on financial and accounting developments, sharing insights and opportunities with the team
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economy, or industrial engineering (minimum 50–75% of coursework completed, depending on university requirements)
Availability to work according to the company’s telecommuting policy
English level B1 or higher
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively
Proactive attitude and openness to feedback
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
