Are you a college student looking to gain real-world experience in finance while learning how major events, venues, and food & beverage operations run behind the scenes? We're looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join our team and support the financial side of our concenssion sales business. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs

Job Responsibility:

  • Help track daily sales and cash flow from events
  • Assist with inventory and cost tracking for concession stands
  • Support budget planning and forecast updates for upcoming events
  • work with the finance team to reconcile sales and vendor payments
  • Help Prepare reports that show how events and stands are performing
  • Pitch in on special projects and learn how finance supports day-to-day operations
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Analyze finanial data and present findings
  • Perform account reconciliations and date entry
  • Help maintain financial records and documentation
  • Participate in audits and assist with compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Confortable Working with numbers and Excel (basic formulas, sorting, etc.)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Performs aircraft grooming and security searches
  • Perform boarding and gate duties (e.g., assisting and directing guests, making announcements, process standby's and upgrade requests)
  • Process and secure guest luggage. Files and maintains luggage claims as necessary including damaged, delayed and pilferage
  • Loads and offloads luggage and cargo with the use of conveyor belts
  • At the direction of management, may be assigned to perform duties of varying capacities to ensure complete guest satisfaction
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
