Finance Insights Analyst

• Provide meaningful financial reports and dashboards to all relevant stakeholders and decision-makers
• Ensure completeness, timeliness, accuracy and compliance of all financial reports under your ownership
• Work closely with the FP&A, Controlling Teams and Heads of Finance to understand their needs and deliver innovative and insightful new solutions
• Develop procedures and identify new controls for your areas
• Support the Company's decision makers with any ad-hoc requests
• Develop new data visualization tools
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years of experience in Finance or related field
• Advanced knowledge of g-sheets and excel
• Advanced command of the English language
• The ability to summarize and present complex issues in a simple way
• Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value and willing to improve and automate existing manual tasks
• Detail-oriented, problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach, pragmatic, proactive, autonomous, good vibes

Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
