Job Responsibility
Managing financial administration, purchase orders and invoices
Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting information
Supporting HR processes including recruitment, DBS checks and staff records
Monitoring and recording staff absences and leave
Producing reports and analysing absence data
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Preparing correspondence and administrative documentation
Providing general Finance and HR support across the school
Requirements
Previous experience in Finance, HR or Administration
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
A positive, flexible and self-motivated approach
Good IT and data management skills
Nice to have
School-based experience is desirable but not essential
