We're looking for a dedicated Finance & HR Manager to join a welcoming and nurturing primary school community on a maternity cover contract. Job Responsibility

  • Managing financial administration, purchase orders and invoices
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting information
  • Supporting HR processes including recruitment, DBS checks and staff records
  • Monitoring and recording staff absences and leave
  • Producing reports and analysing absence data
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Preparing correspondence and administrative documentation
  • Providing general Finance and HR support across the school

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Finance, HR or Administration
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • A positive, flexible and self-motivated approach
  • Good IT and data management skills

Nice to have

School-based experience is desirable but not essential
