Job Responsibility:
Assisting in the maintenance of financial accounts to ensure accuracy
Support in the preparation of annual statutory accounts for the Group and its subsidiaries
Support tax compliance across the Group, including VAT, CIS, Corporation Tax, PAYE, PSA and P11D submissions
Support HMRC and Companies House filings
Gaining hands-on experience with month end processes, management accounts, forecasting and cash flow across the business
Support in completion of government reporting (e.g. payment practices, ONS surveys)
Contribute to ad-hoc initiatives as required
Gain hands-on experience with forecasting and budgeting, supporting strategic financial planning across the business
Requirements:
2:1 or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting
confidence and communication skills are key
eager to become a Chartered Accountant and keen to pursue professional qualifications
