Job Description:

As part of TUI's Finance Graduate Programme, participants will engage in three years of structured, rotational roles within the finance team, gaining hands-on experience in budgeting, strategic decision-making, and financial analysis while pursuing a Level 7 Accountancy/Taxation Professional apprenticeship and/or CIMA qualification. The programme is designed to develop future financial leaders within TUI.

Job Responsibility:

  • Produce month-end performance reporting
  • Analyse and interpreting data to identify trends
  • Support with strategic decision-making during budget and planning process
  • Variance analysis for management
  • Produce balance sheet reconciliations and cashflow forecasts
  • Provide insights into how aspects of our business are performing
  • Build relationships and work with stakeholders within the business
  • Work towards a Level 7 Accountancy/Taxation Professional apprenticeship, and/or the CIMA qualification
