Job Description

Intrinna Limited is an outsourcing business based in the UK. We currently provide UK business and Legal process outsourcing solutions to UK businesses. We are currently recruiting staff to provide Legal, Accounting, IT and Customer support services to a UK Legal firm based in London.

Job Responsibility

  • Process accounting transactions, both payments received and sent, by bank transfer, cheque or other means
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations so that bank accounts and books tally up
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports on the financial status
  • Check for errors and report any account breaches
  • Invoice clients for work done and chase overdue monies
  • Submit quarterly and year-end VAT returns via HMRC’s MTD portal
  • Maintain separate client and office ledgers
  • Ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations
  • Liaise with compliance officers, clients, auditors, regulators, suppliers and banking providers
  • Post and maintain purchase ledger and ensure all payments are made on time
  • Credit control, chasing outstanding debtors, sending monthly statements to ongoing debtors

Requirements

  • Possess or studying for a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, AAT
  • Minimum of 2 years’ of relevant experience
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work UK hours
