Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support and manage the company's financial operations. Reporting directly to the COO, this role requires a hands-on, analytical professional capable of working independently to ensure smooth financial operations and long-term business sustainability. You will play a key role in supporting business decision-making through timely financial insights, managing cash flow, and ensuring the absolute integrity of financial data.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Provide valuable financial insights and recommendations to support strategic management decision-making
  • Track and report on budget performance, identifying any deviations and proposing corrective actions
  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure liquidity and prepare regular cash flow forecasts
  • Manage the full accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Ensure the timely collection of receivables, prompt payment of invoices, and seamlessly reconcile customer accounts to resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, including detailed aging reports
  • Maintain accurate documentation and up-to-date financial records for reference and auditing purposes
  • Manage SST and WHT submissions and compliance reports
  • Assist in tax planning, compliance, and filing activities in collaboration with external Tax Agents
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Assist in audit activities and serve as a liaison with external auditors
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA and CPA are highly preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and standard accounting practices
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A high level of accuracy, integrity, and strict adherence to confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
