Job Description:

My client is embarking on a major Finance Systems Transformation Programme. This multi-year programme will transform finance capabilities across globally through the worldwide implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM. They seeking an experienced Finance ERP Solution Architect to oversee the end to end functional architecture of the Oracle Fusion Finance implementation. This is a critical role within a complex, multinational transformation, requiring deep functional expertise, strong stakeholder engagement capability and the ability to ensure cross module alignment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and oversee functional design workshops for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (ERP and EPM), in collaboration with the systems integration partner
  • Ensure business requirements are translated into robust functional specifications and optimal system configurations
  • Ensure solution design aligns with best practice standards and programme objectives
  • Collaborate with technical teams to manage integration points across modules and external systems
  • Support development and execution of unit testing, integration testing and UAT activities
  • Act as primary liaison with system integrators on overall functional design in alignment with business process owners
  • Maintain accurate functional documentation including process flows and configuration guides
  • Ensure compliance with programme governance and change control processes
  • Provide post go live support and knowledge transfer to internal teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect on Oracle Fusion Finance implementations
  • Deep knowledge of finance processes and ability to translate these into Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM solutions
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion configuration and integration touchpoints
  • Experience delivering full lifecycle ERP and EPM implementations (design, build, test and deployment)
  • Ability to write and review high quality functional specifications and challenge technical solutions where required
  • Experience with data migration activities and reporting tools within Oracle Fusion
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across global teams
  • Collaborative, detail oriented and proactive problem solving approach
  • Experience within global finance transformation programmes
