Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Documentation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing insurance documentation, processing applications, and ensuring seamless communication with insurance providers. If you have a strong background in car insurance issuance and a knack for navigating financial and insurance software, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility

  • Insurance Issuance: Handle the preparation, review, and issuance of car insurance contracts
  • Data Entry & Application Processing: Accurately enter and manage data for new and existing insurance applications
  • Provider Relations: Act as the primary point of contact with insurance companies to resolve issues, clarify data, and ensure smooth operations
  • Portal Management: Navigate and efficiently manage various insurance company portals
  • Administrative Support: Utilize MS Office tools to maintain organized digital records and support daily financial/documentation workflows

Requirements

  • Proven experience or solid knowledge in car insurance contract issuance
  • Bsc in Finance, Business administration or related field
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with Datawise and BlueByte applications is highly preferred
  • Strong command of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new digital tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with insurance partners
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills

Nice to have

Familiarity and hands-on experience with Datawise and BlueByte applications is highly preferred
