Finance director

• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with company and Group objectives
• Prepare and present regular financial reports, providing insights into revenue, costs, and profitability
• Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support project financial performance
• Optimize capital allocation and support key projects and growth initiatives
• Drive cost optimization across finance, accounting, and logistics functions
• Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring optimal resource use
• Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax laws, IFRS, and Group policies
• Maintain internal financial controls and manage external audits
• Lead logistics and warehouse operations, focusing on efficient inventory management and cost control
• Ensure timely and accurate material availability to meet project needs

• 1-2 years in a similar role
• 4-5 years in FP&A or financial controlling role
• Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Greek is essential
• Effective Excel skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Economics
• Experience with planning and reporting tools
• 4-5 years of experience in FP&A
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• High aptitude on systems

Certifications in finance (CFA, CFP, FRM, Lean Six Sigma Certification) will be considered a plus
