Finance director

• Financial Operations & FP&A: Lead divisional budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis (FP&A)
• act as a business partner to support key operational decisions
• Capital & Tax Management: Oversee treasury operations, investment/financing activities, and capital structure optimization
• manage tax planning and risk control systems
• Internal Control & Compliance: Establish and improve financial policies, internal control systems, and audit processes to ensure compliance and asset security
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop the finance team
• maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders (banks, tax authorities, government bodies)

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is preferred
• 8+ years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• experience in a large group or diversified business environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of PRC finance/tax regulations
• proven skills in financial analysis, treasury management, and risk control

(Preferred) CPC membership is a plus
