As Finance Director, you are the financial steward and strategic business partner for our Brazilian operations. You own the full financial agenda: steering, planning, forecasting, and business performance management. You serve as a critical advisor to the Country Manager and the Brazilian leadership team. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our Doctoralia Brazil business journey, blending hands-on financial excellence with strategic influence. You would drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure data-driven decision-making at every level. You’ll be part of the Doctoralia Brazil Management Team, reporting directly to Juliana López (CEO Brazil) with a dotted line to Gervasio Gari (Global VP Finance).
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
5 or more years of relevant Finance experience, with at least 3 years in an FP&A or commercial finance role
Proven FP&A expertise, leading the budgeting process and creating models to support it
Strong analytical skills
Deep Excel modelling experience and ideally some exposure to BI and EPM tools
Well-rounded profile, comfortable with reporting, controlling, accounting, tax, and labor topics
Start-up mindset. You are dynamic, willing to multitask, and ready to get into the details
Proactive approach. You will receive guidance, but this is a senior role and does not need constant direction
Structured and organized. Able to create clear plans and presentations
Hard-working, ambitious, and focused on deadlines and results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable presenting to a range of audiences
Leadership skills and genuine care about company values. You make others enjoy working with you
Optimistic and fun to work with
Native Portuguese and advanced English
Nice to have:
Experience in a start-up or tech environment at a SaaS company
Experience in Transaction Services, Valuations, or Audit at a Big Four firm
