Job Description:

An iconic European apparel company is looking to hire a Finance director in Japan. For this role we are looking for a candidate with both hand's and people management skills to lead the accounting and FP&A team while providing strategic financial advice to local GM and other department head. The company has experienced double digit growth in Japan for the past 4 years and Japan is their number one market globally.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the accounting and FP&A team
Provide strategic financial advice to local GM and other department heads

Requirements:

+10 years experience in leading Finance role, ideally in Retail or FMCG Industry
Native/Fluent level of Japanese
Advanced/fluent English command
