Job Responsibility
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic financial and operational initiatives
Lead large-scale transformation projects focused on process improvement, systems optimization, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence
Manage cross-functional project teams across finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, IT, and commercial functions
Drive global standardization of financial processes, reporting, controls, and performance metrics
Support enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis activities
Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic investments and operational initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve profitability, working capital, productivity, and operational performance
Deliver executive-level presentations and updates regarding project milestones, risks, and expected outcomes
Collaborate with regional and international finance teams to align financial objectives and best practices
Champion change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and adoption of key initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Experience within a global manufacturing environment
Proven success leading complex cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
Strong financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering capabilities
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels and functions within a global organization
MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced professional designation
Experience leading ERP implementations, finance transformation projects, shared services initiatives, or process automation efforts
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence methodologies
Experience working across multiple international regions and business units
