Finance Director

This is a pivotal Executive-level role within a values-led organisation, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, influence decision-making, and ensure long-term sustainability at a time of increasing demand and transformation. Reporting to the Chief Executive and forming part of the Executive Team, the Finance Director will provide strategic leadership across the organisation. This is a broad and influential role, combining financial stewardship with organisational leadership. You will play a central role in developing and delivering long-term strategy, ensuring the organisation remains financially responsible, operationally effective, and equipped to meet the evolving needs of their customer base. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive and Board, contributing insight, challenge, and expertise across a wide range of strategic priorities.
