Job Description:

Finance Director | Indie Creative Agency Group | 6-Month FTC. Harmonic are delighted to partner with one of the UKs most successful and fastest growth Indie Creative Agency groups. They've been going for 25+ years and have an excellent foundation in place from a finance perspective, a series of well renowned clients and fantastic growth forecasts. They are looking for someone to join ASAP on a 6 month fixed-term contract basis. They are looking for an experienced CFO / Finance Director who has a keen interest in growing SMEs, has a hands-on attitude, experience in Creative Agencies and someone who can act as a trusted business partner. Collectively, the group are turning over around £150mill and you'll be managing multiple P&Ls and teams across 2-4 SME Agencies worth between £5-30mill.

Job Responsibility:

Manage multiple P&Ls across the Group (likely between 5-8)
Manage the team of 7, ensuring they have development and progression opportunities
Producing monthly and year end reports as well as oversight of management accounts
Commercial support, strategic analysis and decision support to the CEO and board
Working with international corporation tax reporting as well as insurance and payroll
Managing the P&L and balance sheet
Improving the quality of variance analysis and assessing time utilisation
Implementing a robust financial infrastructure
Leading the growth strategy and advising around acquisitions

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
Creative Agency experience
Proactive and good communication skills
