Job Description:

As a Finance Director at Telelink Infra, you will be responsible for leading the company's financial strategy and performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading and overseeing the company’s overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support business objectives
  • Preparing, analyzing, and presenting accurate financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts
  • Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory reporting requirements
  • Overseeing treasury management, cash flow optimization, and banking relationships
  • Managing and developing the finance team, providing leadership, guidance, and performance oversight
  • Monitoring financial risks and implementing appropriate internal controls and risk mitigation measures
  • Supporting senior management with financial analysis for strategic decisions, investments, and infrastructure projects
  • Coordinating external audits and liaising with auditors, tax authorities, and external advisors
  • Ensuring compliance with Albanian financial, tax, and corporate regulations, as well as internal company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • a Master’s degree or professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CFA) is an advantage
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management or director-level role
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and corporate finance
  • Proven experience in managing audits, financial controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Solid understanding of Albanian tax legislation and accounting standards
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • experience with ERP/financial systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines
