Job Description:

Lead and oversee all financial strategies and management for the company's renewable energy projects in Europe. Spearhead financial modeling and profitability analysis for new investments, providing critical financial insights to support decision-making. Design and implement optimal cross-border tax planning strategies and manage international tax compliance and risks. Take charge of all corporate and project-level financing activities, including but not limited to bank loans, project finance, and equity fundraising; manage relationships with financial institutions. Build and lead the finance team, establishing robust financial management systems, internal controls, and operational workflows. Act as a key business partner in strategic planning, offering professional financial perspectives.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and oversee all financial strategies and management for the company's renewable energy projects in Europe

Design and implement optimal cross-border tax planning strategies and manage international tax compliance and risks
Take charge of all corporate and project-level financing activities, including but not limited to bank loans, project finance, and equity fundraising
manage relationships with financial institutions
Build and lead the finance team, establishing robust financial management systems, internal controls, and operational workflows
Act as a key business partner in strategic planning, offering professional financial perspectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with a comprehensive understanding of financial management
(Preferred) Experience in the renewable energy, infrastructure, or private equity sectors
(Preferred) Familiarity with the business environment, tax regulations, and financing practices in Europe (especially the Nordics)
Strong capabilities in financial analysis, modeling, and project valuation
Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English

Nice to have:

Experience in the renewable energy, infrastructure, or private equity sectors
Familiarity with the business environment, tax regulations, and financing practices in Europe (especially the Nordics)
