Job Description
The town of Eastham is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and forward-thinking Finance Director (CFO) to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This opportunity reflects a planned transition and internal promotion and offers a unique chance to help shape the town's continued success with a strong commitment to fiscal stability, transparency, and long-term sustainability. Reporting directly to the Town Manager, the Finance Director leads financial strategy, policy development, and oversight of all municipal financial operations, including accounting, assessing, and treasury/collections. This role combines strategic leadership, operational management, and public communication, with significant influence on Town-wide decision-making.
