Prioritize: Owns MCAPS business planning, strategy, and investment governance, driving end‑to‑end seller productivity and performance health
Leads MCAPS Finance planning, strategy, and investment teams to enable the shift to a Frontier Sales organization
Leads annuals resource planning and transformation to maximize revenue growth, seller efficiency, and operating leverage
Partners with MCAPS LT to translate top‑down priorities into accountable resource blueprints and operating plans

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 10+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
