This team is accountable for resource allocation, driving seller productivity, performance, and business health with disciplined execution. This role leads multi‑year resource planning and transformation to optimize revenue growth and seller efficiency, including Frontier Sales evolution. Partners with the MCAPS Leadership Team translating strategic priorities into accountable resource blueprints, operating plans, and investment decisions. Drives finance transformation, simplification, and automation; leveraging AI to deliver operating leverage, improve resource planning quality, creating capacity for future investments.
