Job Description:

We’re partnering with a leading global private investment firm (~$200B+ AUM) to hire a Finance Director supporting a high-growth technology investment platform. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of fund accounting, investor reporting, and deal activity—working closely with senior leadership, deal teams, and investor relations in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee fund accounting, including NAVs, capital activity, and investor reporting
  • Review financial statements, management fee, and carry calculations
  • Manage third-party fund administrators across reporting and operations
  • Lead the year-end audit process and coordinate with external auditors
  • Partner with deal teams on portfolio company valuations and financial analysis
  • Support investor relations with reporting materials, DD requests, and fundraising efforts
  • Monitor fund flows, liquidity, and compliance with partnership agreements
  • Drive process improvements and automation across finance operations

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in investment management or public accounting
  • Strong background in fund accounting and financial reporting
  • Experience working with private equity, growth equity, or similar strategies preferred
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
