Requirements

5+ years of work experience in financial, regulatory or risk reporting / auditing roles
Good understanding of Accounting & Finance principles and Financial Markets and products/Regulatory Reporting requirements

Job Responsibility

Support the preparation, analysis, and submission of reports to various constituencies (National / central regulators like Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) etc) based on requirements such as IFRS, UK GAAP, Basel
Perform analysis of financial results and conclude cause of variances such as accounting issues and economic events
Participation in efficiency and innovation projects on ad hoc basis by reviewing and developing current processes using advanced digitalization tools
Ongoing review and development of current processes to increase efficiency
Liaising with multiple departments of the covered countries (including Financial Control, Treasury, Risk and Technology departments) to resolve issues
Provide support to country Finance teams on an ad-hoc basis (e.g. audits, regulatory inquiries)
