Job Description

As the Lead for Data, AI & Reporting, you'll own the finance data architecture underpinning our NetSuite ERP transformation - from chart of accounts design and data governance through to the group management reporting suite, consolidation model and Board level KPI analytics framework. You are the intellectual engine of the FTO's data agenda: blending deep finance expertise with modern data architecture, AI-driven automation, and a passion for actionable insight.

  • Own and govern the finance data architecture - COA design, financial dimensions, segment structures and data model across NetSuite and integrated systems
  • Define and maintain the data governance framework: ownership, quality standards, lineage and master data management
  • Govern the data migration strategy - extraction, transformation, validation and cut-over for multiple entities
  • Establish and operate the data quality framework, including reconciliation controls between source systems and NetSuite
  • Design, build and own the group management reporting and financial consolidation model in NetSuite, Data Lake and/or BI tooling
  • Design and deliver the Board level KPI framework - metrics, calculation logic, data sources and reporting cadence
  • Build executive analytics dashboards enabling real-time insight across entities, regions and product lines
  • Define reporting hierarchies, management vs statutory alignments and intercompany elimination approaches
  • Lead AI-driven automation initiatives across finance - intelligent document processing, automated reconciliations, anomaly detection and forecasting augmentation
  • Identify, evaluate and implement AI/ML tools relevant to finance operations and reporting
  • Partner with IT and vendors to build scalable, production-grade automation pipelines integrated with NetSuite
  • Build the business case and roadmap for AI adoption in finance - including ROI modelling and change planning
  • Act as the data and analytics authority within the FTO, advising GPO leads on reporting design and data implications
  • Collaborate with external SI partners on NetSuite data configuration, SuiteAnalytics and API integration design
  • Manage data and reporting workstream delivery - planning, resourcing and risk escalation
  • Report program progress to the FTO and steering committee
  • govern the post-live data operating model

Requirements
