Job Description:

The Finance & Data Analytics Manager will be the strategic mind behind our company’s financial and business performance visibility. You’ll oversee our financial operations—ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency—while turning data into actionable insights that guide decisions across teams. From forecasting and financial reporting to sales analytics and cash flow optimization, you’ll build and maintain systems that help us understand the health of the business and uncover opportunities for growth. Success in this role means connecting the dots between finance, sales, and operations, and making sure leadership has the clarity and confidence to act fast.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and analyze sales, expenses, and performance reports to generate clear, data-backed insights
Build dashboards and models that track the company’s financial health and sales performance
Handle bookkeeping and maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date financial records
Lead payroll review, billing, and payment processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
Review and process agents’ invoices and commissions
Reconcile accounts and track inventory, ensuring data alignment across systems
Partner with leadership to forecast revenue, model growth scenarios, and monitor KPIs
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities across finance and reporting

Requirements:

Strong analytical mindset with experience transforming raw data into insights
Excellent financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting abilities
Skilled in identifying trends and presenting data clearly to non-financial audiences
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving instincts
Self-starter who thrives in an evolving, fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards, automation)
Experience with financial and reporting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Airtable, Power BI)
Familiarity with workflow and automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and Make
Comfortable working with project and data visualization tools like Asana, Vibe Canvas, and Lucid
Experience integrating data across systems to create unified dashboards or reporting flows
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
Ability to own end-to-end financial and reporting processes with minimal supervision
Strong business acumen and understanding of how financial health ties to sales and operations
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data
5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or data analytics roles
Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or fast-moving startups (preferred)
CPA, CFA, or data analytics certification (a plus, not required)
