As a Finance Analytics Engineer, you’ll drive process improvements and automation within the Finance Reporting & Business Process Development Team. This Team Leader–equivalent role has no direct people‑management duties, but you’ll hold strong technical influence and act as a trusted advisor in key transformation initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Design and Build: Develop robust Power BI dashboards and data models (using DAX and Power Query) to replace legacy manual reporting
Automate Workflows: Eliminate repetitive manual tasks and excel-based processes using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), VBA, or Python
Drive Innovation: Act as the hub for Low-Code and AI adoption within Finance, helping us deploy intelligent agents and automated workflows
Translate & Bridge: Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications for data engineering
Data Stewardship: Act as the guardian of the "Single Source of Truth" for Working Capital and Financial data, ensuring backend integrity and accuracy
Requirements:
You have a Hybrid Profile: A solid background in Finance/Controlling combined with a "Builder" mindset and a passion for technology
You have Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Power BI (with DAX) and Excel is a must
knowledge of SQL and Data Modeling are advantages
You are an Automation Pro: You have tangible experience automating business processes using low-code tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) or scripting (VBA, Python)
You are AI-Ready: You have an interest in Generative AI and how to apply it to financial workflows (e.g., Copilot, Prompt Engineering)
You have Fluent English knowledge (oral and written) to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
You have excellent Problem-Solving Skills: You don't just report errors
