Job Description

Finance Customer Service Intern role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. This is an onsite position where you will primarily work from an HPE partner/customer office. The role involves processing financial requests, ensuring accuracy in bookings and transactions, driving process efficiencies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Process requests in Microsoft D365 Internal Work Request
  • Clear manual and error bookings in Booking queue
  • Perform Corrections, Amendments, Novation, Restructure, Buy-out and Extensions
  • Adopt Paperless Invoicing (PIP)/SendMe
  • Drive organizational and process efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance of SOA when processing transactions
  • Use correct charge types and tax rates
  • Process Direct Debit accurately and timely
  • Ensure invoices are accurate and sent timely
  • Upload invoices into Customer's Portal
  • Adhere to Manual Invoice policy

Requirements

  • Able to commit minimum of 5 months
  • Able to start Jan/March 2026
  • To ensure that all requests in Microsoft D365 Internal Work Request are processed accurately
  • To ensure that all manual and error bookings in Booking queue are cleared
  • Ensure Zero errors when performing Corrections, Amendments, Novation, Restructure, Buy-out and Extensions
  • To ensure adoption of Paperless Invoicing (PIP)/SendMe where applicable
  • To drive organizational and process efficiencies
  • Ensure 100% compliance of SOA when processing transactions
  • Ensure Usage of correct charge types
  • Ensure correct usage of Tax rates
  • Ensure accuracy and timely processing of Direct Debit
  • Ensure that invoices are accurate and sent in timely manner
  • Uploading invoices into the Customer's Portal where applicable
  • Adhere to Manual Invoice policy
