As a Finance/MIS Executive at JLL, you will play a crucial role in providing financial and strategic support to our client(s)/account(s). We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented finance professional who will collaborate closely with the client/account team in optimizing financial performance and identifying growth opportunities. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial operations in a commercial real estate (CRE) context.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement financial budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans in line with client/account objectives
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvement
Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis
Conduct regular financial reviews and presentations to the client/account team, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement
Work closely with accounting teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with the client/account team to develop and manage annual budgets, expense tracking, and cost control initiatives
Monitor and analyze expenditure against budgeted targets, identify areas of improvement, and recommend appropriate actions
Assist in financial modeling for investment opportunities and potential acquisitions, providing accurate forecasts and assessing financial feasibility
Conduct thorough business case analysis to evaluate and measure the financial impact of strategic initiatives, assisting the client/account team in making informed decisions
Establish strong relationships with the client/account team, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and support across finance-related initiatives
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members, fostering their professional growth and development
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
MBA or CPA preferred
Proven experience (X years) in a finance role, preferably within the commercial real estate industry
Deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
Proficiency in utilizing financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
