We are seeking a full‑time, detail‑oriented Finance Coordinator to join our team in Greenville, SC. This role plays a crucial part in supporting technical, administrative, and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service.

Job Responsibility

  • Enter and manage client sample and job information in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
  • Ensure complete and accurate entry of all technical data
  • Create and process purchase orders for testing, shipping, and operational needs
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming samples and materials
  • Maintain accurate data within internal systems
  • Perform finance-related administrative support tasks as assigned
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Uphold ES&H standards through good housekeeping and safety practices
  • Maintain positive, courteous, and professional relationships with all levels of contact
  • Contribute to a customer service‑oriented atmosphere

Requirements

  • A business-related education or equivalent relevant
  • Experience with Quality Management systems such as ISO 17025 or similar
  • Previous administrative finance support experience
  • Familiarity with data management systems (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
