We are seeking a full‑time, detail‑oriented Finance Coordinator to join our team in Greenville, SC. This role plays a crucial part in supporting technical, administrative, and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service.
Job Responsibility:
Enter and manage client sample and job information in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
Ensure complete and accurate entry of all technical data
Create and process purchase orders for testing, shipping, and operational needs
Receive, inspect, and log incoming samples and materials
Maintain accurate data within internal systems
Perform finance-related administrative support tasks as assigned
Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Uphold ES&H standards through good housekeeping and safety practices
Maintain positive, courteous, and professional relationships with all levels of contact
Contribute to a customer service‑oriented atmosphere
Requirements:
A business-related education or equivalent relevant
Experience with Quality Management systems such as ISO 17025 or similar
Previous administrative finance support experience
Familiarity with data management systems (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
