Job Description

My client is a leading multinational business looking for an immediate Finance Consultant who specializes in VAT in the Kingdom.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the banking domain
  • Fairly good understanding of accounting rules and process flows
  • Good understanding of VAT rules (input VAT and Output VAT), Withholding tax rules
  • Ability to interpret and understand accounting and tax compliance requirements
  • Strong BRD writing and process mapping skills
  • Should be analytical and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Information systems
  • 8+ years experience in Banking, Accounting, finance, Indirect tax, ERP systems
  • Hands-on Experience in VAT systems in GCC countries
  • Knowledge of Accounting systems (e.g. Oracle financials) and transaction systems (e.g. Loans, Trade finance, Treasury systems)

Nice to have

Professional certifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA etc) will be an added advantage
