Job Responsibility:

  • Manage project financials based on contractual developments and plant operations
  • Together with the Project Manager ensures the accuracy of the cost and price calculation
  • Together with the Project Manager manage the contract and claim management based on contractual T&Cs
  • Manage the project financials based on contractual agreements and ongoing execution phase
  • Perform monthly project financial forecasting, reporting and assess and communicate risks and opportunities regarding financial impacts
  • Ensure achievement of contract requirements (assist with performance guarantees, fx hedging insurances, taxes, etc)
  • Perform various general ledger activities including project related journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Support Internal and External Audits as required
  • Prepares business case calculations for proposals and change orders

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in business/finance field
  • Bachelor's degree in finance / business administration / accounting is required
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP and IFRS is required
  • Strong skills in PC applications including SAP and Microsoft Office as well as strong analytical skills
  • Must be able to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial internal customers
  • English, at professional working proficiency level

Nice to have:

A master's degree will be a plus
