We are seeking a relationship-driven Financial Coach to help individuals better understand their financial habits, budgeting behaviors, and the tools and resources available to support their goals. This is not a financial advisor role. Instead of directing people on what to do with their money, this position focuses on education, behavior-based coaching, and building confidence.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct one-on-one financial coaching sessions using a supportive, nonjudgmental approach
Help individuals build a clear picture of where their money is going and identify opportunities to move more spending toward savings
Guide clients through a three-session coaching experience, with the first session focused on creating a visual snapshot of spending and financial habits
Build trust and rapport quickly during 60-minute sessions where clients may share personal financial information
Personalize coaching conversations based on each individual’s needs and goals
Educate clients on available financial tools, resources, and support options
Promote awareness of coaching services and related offerings through outreach and lead generation efforts
Support pilot programs and ongoing improvements to the coaching experience
Requirements:
Experience in coaching, financial wellness, budgeting, customer service, or a related field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to discuss sensitive financial topics with empathy and professionalism
Comfortable taking an educational, non-directive approach rather than giving financial advice
All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States
