Job Responsibility:
Assist the Accounts Payable supervisor with documentation and invoice submissions
Monitor invoice processing queues and ensure timely submission of completed financial document packets
Collaborate with the invoice processing team to maintain smooth workflows
Organize and prepare shipping documents, including proof of delivery agreements, for invoicing purposes
Work with bills of lading and shipping/inventory documentation to support company operations
Contribute to maintaining organization across all clerical tasks, showcasing exceptional organizational skills
Requirements:
Prior experience in finance or clerical roles
Ability to handle high volumes of documentation
Strong organizational skills, with a preference for candidates who excel in maintaining order and accuracy
Familiarity with shipping, inventory, or proof of delivery agreements is a plus
Knowledge of bills of lading and invoice processing procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
