Job Responsibility:
Work closely with all areas of Finance and the business to understand their needs and develop recommendations
Lead complex projects as well as cross functional / virtual teams across all impacted business areas to drive successful project delivery
Build rapport with internal and external 3rd parties to drive cost-effective and efficient delivery of in/outsourced deliverables
Manage the delivery of change initiatives, ensuring work packages are on time, within scope and to budget, enabling optimum benefits realisation
Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, proactively intervening to remove roadblocks
Requirements:
Qualified Project Management professional
Strong track record of complex change delivery (5+ years) using industry standard Project Management tools (PRINCE2/PMP/Waterfall), SAFe/Agile/Scrum methodologies and broader transformation techniques
Track record of delivering business change & solutions from complex business requirements through to innovative concepts involving multiple 3rd party suppliers and partners, preferably within a Finance function
Demonstrable experience driving change through directing and motivating cross functional project teams across international boundaries cultures
