Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with all areas of Finance and the business to understand their needs and develop recommendations
  • Lead complex projects as well as cross functional / virtual teams across all impacted business areas to drive successful project delivery
  • Build rapport with internal and external 3rd parties to drive cost-effective and efficient delivery of in/outsourced deliverables
  • Manage the delivery of change initiatives, ensuring work packages are on time, within scope and to budget, enabling optimum benefits realisation
  • Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, proactively intervening to remove roadblocks

Requirements

  • Qualified Project Management professional
  • Strong track record of complex change delivery (5+ years) using industry standard Project Management tools (PRINCE2/PMP/Waterfall), SAFe/Agile/Scrum methodologies and broader transformation techniques
  • Track record of delivering business change & solutions from complex business requirements through to innovative concepts involving multiple 3rd party suppliers and partners, preferably within a Finance function
  • Demonstrable experience driving change through directing and motivating cross functional project teams across international boundaries cultures
