Job Responsibility

  • Automated invoicing for memberships, events, and training
  • Coordinating membership renewals and handling debt chasing
  • Support month-end processes including reporting, reconciliations, expenses, and credit card reviews
  • Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate bank reconciliations
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Maintaining CRM system
  • Acting as the welcoming voice of our organisation, handling enquiries with professionalism
