Are you ready to be the driving force behind operational efficiency and financial excellence? We are currently working with a dynamic organisation dedicated to promoting employee ownership and looking for a Finance & Business Support Administrator to join our team in Brough, Hull!

Job Responsibility:

  • Automated invoicing for memberships, events, and training
  • Coordinating membership renewals and handling debt chasing
  • Support month-end processes including reporting, reconciliations, expenses, and credit card reviews
  • Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate bank reconciliations
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Maintaining CRM system
  • Acting as the welcoming voice of our organisation, handling enquiries with professionalism

Requirements:

  • Excellent numerical and data processing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Strong administration and customer service skills
