Job Responsibility:
Automated invoicing for memberships, events, and training
Coordinating membership renewals and handling debt chasing
Support month-end processes including reporting, reconciliations, expenses, and credit card reviews
Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate bank reconciliations
Booking travel and accommodation
Maintaining CRM system
Acting as the welcoming voice of our organisation, handling enquiries with professionalism
Requirements:
Excellent numerical and data processing skills
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
