Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the discovery and organization of issues across accounting, finance, and management planning
  • Plan and execute global accounting business reform projects, driving change management initiatives
  • Design and implement finance operations and system settings for new business models, including e-commerce
  • Collaborate with international finance teams during testing and implementation phases
  • Plan and manage the introduction of new system functionalities
  • Lead user acceptance testing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading business reform projects in finance or system implementation in accounting (minimum 2 years)
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience managing large-scale projects
