Experience with CRM/ERP implementations from a business/functional perspective is highly valued.
  • Exposure to digital transformation, process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), or automation initiatives preferred over purely technical backgrounds.
  • Foundational understanding of Agentic AI concepts (planning, tool/action orchestration, retrieval/grounding, conversation design, safety/guardrails) and how these map to business outcomes.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI and evaluation basics (privacy/security, groundedness, accuracy) to support trustworthy agent adoption.

  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of industry-specific business processes (e.g., lead-to-cash, case-to-resolution, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, plan-to-produce) across one or more verticals such as manufacturing, retail, financial services, or professional services.
  • Conduct business discovery workshops with customers to map current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and uncover high-impact opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
  • Build industry-contextualized Agentic AI scenarios that speak directly to the business language of customer stakeholders — translating goals into agent workflows, decision logic, and outcome metrics (e.g., reduced cycle time, improved first-contact resolution, faster forecasting, higher service productivity).
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory requirements relevant to target sectors, ensuring AI recommendations are practical and compliant.
  • Champion a business-outcome-first approach: every AI initiative must tie to measurable KPIs such as revenue growth, cost reduction, customer satisfaction, or operational throughput.
  • Develop clear ROI models and business cases that articulate AI value in terms executives understand — not technology features, but business impact.
  • Track and report on post-deployment business metrics to demonstrate realized value and identify further optimization opportunities.
  • Lead business-focused customer conversations during pre-sales: understand strategic priorities, map pain points to AI use cases, and co-create solution visions with business decision-makers.
