Finance Business Partner

• Collaborate with the Technology Business Management team to deliver detailed financial insights and guidance
• Oversee the preparation and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for technology-related expenditures
• Conduct comprehensive business case analyses and evaluate investment opportunities for technology projects
• Track and manage organizational and contractor costs, ensuring proper capitalization and allocation between operating and capital expenses
• Review purchase orders, invoices, and vendor spending to ensure alignment with budgetary goals
• Analyze financial performance against plans and provide clear variance explanations to leadership
• Develop executive-level summaries, visuals, and narratives to translate complex financial and technology data
• Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance trackers to monitor financial metrics
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, and Procurement teams to validate financial data and ensure accurate reporting
• Support audits by preparing reconciliations and ensuring documentation is audit-ready

• Extensive experience in financial analysis and business partnering roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-level presentations
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Previous experience supporting Technology or IT organizations is preferred
• Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and variance analysis
• Familiarity with tools like Apptio is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to apply data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights
