Job Description:

Are you a Finance Business Partner looking for a fully remote role? Boston Hale is currently working with a well known charity to recruit for a Finance Business Partner to join their finance team.

Job Responsibility:

Finance business partnering/reporting
Support the business with financial decision making and financial assessments of business plans
Preparing reports and variance analysis
Supporting and reviewing the annual budget
Advise and challenge budget holders through budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Finance Business Partner
High level of proficiency in budget and forecasting
Excellent stakeholder management skills
