Act as the primary commercial partner for Studio Directors, influencing decision-making to align with Miniclip’s strategic goals
Lead monthly trade decks and operational reviews, providing senior management with data-driven commentary on studio performance
Drive the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle for dedicated studios, ensuring all assumptions are validated and variances explained
Support long-term strategic planning and define success metrics for new game launches
Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements support company growth
Proactively monitor risks and opportunities, identifying efficiencies to enhance business performance
Requirements:
Qualified Finance Professional: Hold an ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a commercial-facing or business partnering role, ideally within the tech or gaming sector
Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, with a preference for candidates familiar with Dynamics 365
Ability to identify patterns across complex data sets to develop actionable strategies and recommendations
A high level of integrity when handling sensitive, confidential information and the ability to work self-sufficiently
A proactive professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead non-finance stakeholders through complex financial models
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interface with stakeholders at all levels, including the CFO and Finance Director
A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in implementing new ideas and driving process improvement
