Job Description

A highly visible role supporting a key Executive and their teams, you will be able to evidence how you challenge and push back diplomatically and how you justify decision making. Get the plaudits for identifying operational efficiencies and where savings can be made, support on the financials for new project business cases and build financial models that enable more accurate forecasting. You will be a qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, with at least 18 months post qualified experience. Note; this is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week based out of our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon. Along with the financial knowledge and understanding, you will be able to showcase how you have built effective partnering relationships with key stakeholders in the past. You will also be able to show where and how you have been able to communicate complex financial information, clearly and succinctly to non-financial stakeholders. Monthly Management Accounts, Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Planning and Cost Management will be part of the role, all underpinned with advanced excel skills for financial modelling and analysis. Through helping them make the right business decisions, things will happen, and you will truly be part of making a difference.
