We're after someone who can connect with people, influence decisions, and help drive meaningful outcomes. This is a full-time permanent role located at Whiddon Support Services in Glenfield, offering a hybrid working model.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide timely, accurate and relevant financial insights
  • Meet regularly with operational budget holders to set financial optimisation plans
  • Influence and support business performance
  • Collaborate and challenge constructively
  • Co-lead the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Assist with business cases, investment analysis and financial modelling
  • Use advanced Excel skills including Power Query and develop Power BI dashboards
  • Monitor sector-specific trends
  • Play active role in transformation projects
  • Support the Financial Controller on broader financial responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
  • CPA/CA/CIMA preferred but not essential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with operational leaders
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills including Power Query
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development
  • Proactive, curious mindset
  • Understanding of the aged care sector and relevant legislation is desirable
