About our client Our client is a well-established Gloucestershire-based organisation with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and long-term growth. The role The Finance Business Partner will work closely with senior operational and commercial stakeholders across the business. The role will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial insight, forecasting, planning, and performance analysis, whilst supporting decision-making and driving a culture of accountability, cost consciousness, and value creation across the organisation. About you This opportunity will suit a commercially minded, fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong analytical skills and experience partnering with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments. The role suits someone with excellent communication skills, advanced financial modelling capabilities, and the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful commercial insight. As the Finance Business Partner, your role will include, but not be limited to: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, providing both financial support and constructive challenge Deliver analysis to support key commercial and operational decisions Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities across multiple business areas Develop and maintain KPI reporting that links operational and financial performance Continuously improve forecasting accuracy through driver-based methodologies Ensure month-end reporting accurately reflects business performance Prepare clear and commercially focused commentary on financial results and variances Produce and present monthly performance packs to senior leadership teams Provide oversight and governance of capital expenditure spend and approvals Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial control and reporting efficiency Support the development of FP&A best practice across the wider finance function Manage reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders where applicable Support wider sustainability objectives and environmental initiatives across the organisation What the client has to offer Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience Hybrid working arrangements Healthcare plan, life assurance, and generous pension contribution 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional days Volunteering day entitlement Various company discounts including gyms, shops, days out, and events Cycle to work scheme, car pooling, and onsite parking Sound like a good fit?
