Finance business partner

• Act as a key resource for branches and management, providing support on finance and operational matters
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning
• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards that provide insights into business performance
• Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Analyze and forecast sales across markets, distribution channels, and product families
• Create compelling presentations and provide data-driven insights for regular business reviews
• Perform financial statement analysis, identify variances, and make strategic recommendations
• Contribute to the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare comprehensive month-end reports with actionable business commentary for leadership decision-making
• Review and analyze monthly transactions, identifying anomalies and providing resolution strategies
• Conduct various ad hoc financial analyses to support business initiatives and problem-solving

• A university degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting
• CPA designation
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within large corporate environments
• Familiarity with Cognos TM1 is an asset
• Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency
• Proven analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
