We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide strategic and operational financial insights that drive better business performance. This role involves partnering with business verticals, supporting decision-making, and ensuring effective financial planning and analysis to enable growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead functional budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis
  • Interpret and explain financial performance, providing actionable insights
  • Advise on key business planning assumptions and strategic decisions
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis on P&L structures and specific issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and transition groups to support business growth plans and provide finance decision support

Requirements

  • Finance professional with 5–8 years of experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at senior levels
  • Proven experience in improving effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Skilled in managing expectations in a global environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly competent in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Graduate from a reputable university with a strong academic record
