Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to head up our Financial Planning & Analysis team at Sanos. In this key role, you will be instrumental in both driving the financial agenda and provide critical insights and support to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Consolidation of Group financials, preparing monthly reports, and delivering financial insights to management and the Board
  • Support in financial strategic planning and advise on larger investments, including mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop financial profitability models and evaluate business cases
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting for operational entities, developing and running financial models
  • Lead cost controlling models and support financial risk management

Requirements:

  • Relevant master’s degree in finance or economics and business administration
  • 1-3 years of experience in a FP&A position, Finance Business Partner role or similar
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel skills with a flair for IT systems
  • Ability to convey information accurately and clearly to colleagues without an economic background
  • Dedicated to collaborating across teams in an international organization
  • Proactive attitude
