Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join a growing team in Shawnee, Kansas. In this senior-level role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and financial leader, driving strategic initiatives and supporting operational decision-making. This position requires a combination of financial expertise, analytical skills, and collaborative leadership to enhance business outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide financial insights and guidance to business leaders, acting as the primary financial partner for this site
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, profitability evaluations, and organizational reporting
  • Manage annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, identifying variances and collaborating with operational teams to develop corrective actions or investment strategies
  • Build and evaluate business cases for investments, expansions, and resource allocation to achieve growth objectives
  • Conduct performance analysis and support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, contract margins, and working capital
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure accurate cross-regional reporting and analysis
  • Develop financial models and perform scenario planning to guide strategic and operational decisions
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting standards and budgetary regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance or business partnering role, preferably in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or similar industries
  • Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on solutions and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with SAP and other financial systems
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic planning and managerial accounting practices
